This is from Ozaukee County Radio Club meeting in April. Sorry about the video quality. Due to the length I was told I had to turn down the quality to get the needed run time. My batteries died before it finished.

  • @lbspears There is a Washington county radio club. It meets on at 8:30am on the second Saturday of each month at the Polk town hall. Google WCARC and also WASHARES. They will get you to the club pages.

As far as what your scanner is capable of, I would have to look up the specs. A quick google doesn't look like you will be able to decode the digital P25 system. They do have new scanners for digital systems but they expensive right now. But hold on to yours, and tune into our repeater. 147.210

  • Is there a Washington County Radio Club and is there a meeting soon. I recently found out about the Washington County Digital system. I live in West Bend, and now all I hear on the frequencies is hard static when something is transmitting. I have a Radio Shack Pro 164 with Trunking capability and I believe digital capability. When the radio system being digital, is it still able to be scanned on a scanner with that capability?
