For all those people saying this is awful, there are several big recognized agencies that promote strength training for kids as young a 8. The only caveat is that they don't do max lifts but the kids don't do that...they just use body weight. Just because our american view of exercise, discipline and physical ability is narrow doesn't mean this man is endangering his kids. Love the Stroes!

your kids are beasts. you should get them into wrestling or Mixes Martials Art, they would do amazing. keep it up!

@00Hamzat I'm not gay actually, and it shouldn't be used as an insult you homophobic bastard. In the future all sorts of problems will occur to these childrens bodies because they're too young to do this exercise now. You dont know what you are doing to their bodies , its really bad u need to stop this. But then again i cant tell u what to do with YOUR children. Make the right choice. Yes they are strong but for the future they will have nothign.

@davisonbarbera Claudio is't so much good and much peoples prefer to see Giuliano because he do extreme exercises and have much World Record,i love Claudio the same like Giuliano,i dont do difference betwen they in family,the training is a little bit different ,only that chocolate :)
