  • @ib422000 You're most welcome! It is a very easy and excellent salad or side dish to accompany fish, chicken or beef. Sometimes we just make the baba ganoush and enjoy it with pita chips.

  • @shanereel It is very okay to add or omit a seasoning from a recipe to your liking. My son likes baba ghanoush with cumin and a lot of lemon. Enjoy!

  • Thanks for the video. Good idea to blend the garlic with leamon juice first. I don't take the seeds out and I scrape the eggplant skin for more of that stuff. The result is a little darker babaganouj, but I don't waste anything and probably healther that way :)

    I'm a fan of babaganoush only I use no garlic... Breath smells violently!
