  • Why the hell can't I record in VHS I want a hard copy of a tv show not something that will go away if I unplug it tell me that

  • @diginut96 Hi, thanks for your post. You can use a VHS recorder to record digital programmes but you will only be able to record the programme you are recording. If you use a a digital recorder such Freeview+ your programmes will not be deleted if you turn it off.

  • Ha ha, its called progress. This generation is digital and ludites will not be able to use analogue tapes any more. I think once you try digital media you will enjoy the experience just as you enjoy email over fax. E

    mbrace it.

  • I don't get it?When we were analog and using VHS you could record one channel while watching another even then!.We all spent a fortune on switching to digital only to find we can't record what we want unless we upgrade AGAIN to sky plus or some other bolloks and even then some programs can't be recorded because of''protected content''! I pay my TV licence,i don't see why i have to pay AGAIN for a program i already payed for!Atleast analog was reliable and not cut out when ever it rained!
