Looking at the apron GrandmaNinaNThe Hills made for me so I can make a pattern on newspaper without taking the apron apart to do it!

  • I think you may have started an apron trend with your videos.... lol i know i want this one!

  • @ourrepurposedlives I love this pattern, it's so simple!

  • Gee, lots of people have watched this video! I guess lots wanted to know how to make an apron!

  • What I do is fold any item, blouse, T shirt, pants, apron. down the center front (and back if it's a a whole garment, and lay out HALF of the garment. this allows you to take the pattern from the garment with a LOT less fussing with all the rest of the garment.

    FWIW, Kitty

  • @KittyF54 excellent point! tx

  • Dont forget to reverse the 2nd side of you will have 2 of 1 side and no more fabric to work with. I have lived and learned that one. Good luck with the apron.

  • Good point

  • I know! It's only one curtain, though.

  • Now there's a thought. I don't usually ask people to do things that will make them have more to do than they do already!

  • I try to discourage throwing things in the house! (wink wink)
