Nik is still Luke's stepson, and Lucky and Lulu's brother. So, of course he's a part of the Spencer clan. Even Luke recognizes him as family nowadays.

This Ethan guy, though, I guess I haven't known him long enough. He just showed up as an adult. The rest all grew up together, and the brothers were very close as teens.
