I believe Iran when they say there using there nuclear technology for peaceful purposes. The US should leave Iran alone,just like Iraq. Look what happened,we claimed Saddam had nuclear weapons of mass destruction. And we didnt find nada. We should leave Iran alone,and concentrate on whats happening in Afghanistan. We should be trying to capture Osama Bin Laden,and eradicating Al Qaida.

@Felixg1979 I don't know if it's true but I read that Al Qaeda was invented and created by the U.S. government. It was created and needed to have a reason for the string of wars. It was better than just one enemy it is an enemy that they will never be able to stop or eradicate and therefor be able to have as many wars for as long as they want. I heard that Osama Bin Ladin is in Iran and Iran has been harboring him. That will just add fuel to the fire. I agree that the U.S. should stay out.

Iran is not a threat, except maybe to itself. Iran's Navy would go to the bottom in ten minutes in the event of a war with the U.S.. If there is a war I'm am very sad for Iran's sailors. Honestly, I think Iran really wants nuclear technology for energy purposes. They know cheap oil is running out.

Seldom am I told anything I don't already know as well as having to hear over simplified arguments ad infinitum with so many details conveniently missed or nor known. @YahshuaTheKing Little is going to happen until Israel is going to return some of the occupying land, then the whole world will support Israel. Israel got nothing to fear about. The world recognizing Israel as a country. America and western Europe will protect Israel if the Arabs would dare to anything again. The bottom line Israel is holding the cards.

@Avidcomp I do get your points. It wasn't anyone's land. All lands belong to someone else. I know it is very complicated. But the Facts are the millions of Jews were coming from western Europe and Eastern Europe as well, they are living in some of the Arabs house and land. Jordon was also part of Palestine but they don't force them into Ghetto like in West bank and Gaza. Now they asking for 1967 agreement, but Israel is not willing. Iran gain little against Israel.

@Dragonmantis36 Again..re read my previous. You can't steal land that wasn't owned. It was inhabited, this is true and from here it gets very complicated. In fact the rest gets even more complicated as there are no black & white arguments here, just shades of grey. The land was offered in 1948 and rejected - fact. Palestinians also inhabited the majority of today's Jordan..so why isn't there an East Bank? What of their rights to this land also? Iran are also "playing" the P's

@Avidcomp Palestine was majority are Muslims. Most of the present so Called Israeli Jews are from Europe and other Arabs state. The present occupying territories are stolen land. I know there is no return, Israel is going to be stayed as a country. But the Palestinians do not have a country. This is the point where the Iranians saying that Israel can not exist if they keep on treating the Muslims as inhumane. yes I agreed most Arabs states are not helping them. But only Iran.

@Dragonmantis36 It was't a Muslim country, it was occupied land with more Muslims due to historical events. Muslims also made it very difficult for the Jewish people to have access to the Wall & during the Arab revolt in the 30's slaughtered some whilst they were praying (unarmed). Ignore the word Jordan..this is also Palestinian land..do you call it stolen also? There is way too much to go into here. Palestinians have been "played" by other Arab nations that think less of them.

@Avidcomp I do agreed with you on most of the point. But I got to admire that the only nation in the middle east care for the west band and Gaza. Israel stolen so much lands from these people and keep on killing them every day. Israel was created after the second world war. It was a Muslim country under the British. Israel should treat the arabs more humane.

Nuclear power is really an illusion. It takes more energy to process the fuel to make it ready for use than you get out of it. If you have surplus nuclear warheads its great to reclaim some energy, but otherwise its a net energy *loss*. This is seldom discussed. Anyone developing a nuclear program has a backdoor reason of hoping to use it for weapons, otherwise the economics do not make sense.
