Un-sure if anyone else here feels the same.. but this type of music makes so much sense, because it is so realistic to the world we all live in. I listen to this, the emotion and feeling the music invokes is entirely in tune with how I feel about the world. Rather than a self-mutilating denial of everything around me, it brings instead an acceptance, and through that acceptance; strength in this darkness to find my own way and a striving to evolve as a human being. this song is made out of Beethoven`s demonic orgy in hell

@anonforuz BMTH is deathcore, nothing like screamo. Listen to 'We Become Buried' from 'Funeral Diner', 'Tigersuit' from 'Raein'. 'For Meg' from 'On The Might Of Princes' (that's a band that shifts between screamo and post-hardcore though). Then you'll get what screamo really is.

@bakkermaarten007 could you recommend specific songs? I have a friend who listens to a lot of BMTH type bands, And my biggest issue with his music is their vocals sounding to high pitch...flamboyant..., where instrumentally they may be solid. Would Screamo be similar but with a less Metalish feel?

@lucasdrank1993 Well, if you would actually look up the genre you may change your mind. Don't listen to the fag bands wearing eyeliner and V-necks because that's not screamo. Give 'Funeral Diner' a listen or 'The Saddest Landscape' or 'I Would Set Myself On Fire For You'. Then you can judge.

Come closer for myself and let your angels fly away...
