Dont forget Tesla! He beat GE and he was the one that lit it! Now THAT was the most spectacular scene of the fair, it used the lightbulbs that tesla designed and is still used today: 2 piece stopper lamps.

What got me to this video was my current reading of "The Devil in the White City". It's the true story of the fair and the serial killer operating there at the same time. Quite a page turner.

I watched the video Expo: Magic of the White City and thought this video was an excellent abbreviation of what took place at the Worlds Fair. I'm going to send it to a friend that I was describing the Worlds Fair to. I hope your teacher gave you an A+! Ignore the miscreants. It's clear they have nothing better to do.

oh and i didn't get an A+...i got a 88% which is a B+ lol we didn't move on past the school cause we didn't have ACTUAL video in this.

First of all if you and your non spelling retarded sea MONKEY can do a better job then do it. This is a documentary and it is for information. I walked away with a great deal of history I ddin't know. So if you don't like the way the student spoke you and your friend above you can do one together and let's see how well you're turns out ...ignorant (scicosal and sawedge)...well done documentary

haha, thank you for having some sense in this. and yeah i realized i said jemima wrong.....i had a deadline to meet and i didn't go back and change it to a different recording. i just went with it.
