It won't make much impact if released in India. When I was living in India I used to watch the program on Kairali TV. I found it funny,but nothing else. Only after coming to the US did I realize how much it related to me and I really started appreciating the series.

@arunmnair2006 ,i think it is a bigger hit abroad like in us,uk,so not gulf as the prg shows relation to abroad culture. so it is funny, so if you dont know the culture then it wont be interesting, eg the driving test, haloween, police scenes, etc etc. not seen this movie,,,but trust it is good

Thts a gud initiative.. but it shud release in india also to make the malayalees understand all expectations are only till they reach abroad. after tht they always miss their own place and they fell go back.. they will give better importance for thier naadu than money..

I personally feel, you guys could have done some more advertisements before releasing the movie. It looks like AK is still not reachable to non-internet users. You should do a nice campaign/advertisement in Kerala before it goes to Kerala and Middle East. These sort of movies really have to be encouraged. People are not aware of the movie otherwise Mallus accept good movies. So please use all the sources to take attention of the people before the release. Make an impact. All the very best guys.
