@hollyboo21 Originally I am from Albania and we also use that saying there. I was talking about entire countries and not individual peoples when I said they have to rise for themselves. A nation like India is obviously going to play foot mule to countries like the United States or England. It's up to India for example to rise as a nation for themselves or otherwise do not expect human nature to not take its course and to capitalize on their bad situation. Look at Germany 1930-1939.
