I am frequently asked what AR15 I would recommend that's in the $1000 price range. I also see this discussion crop up on the Internet discussion boards regularly. For me, the answer is simple: Colt LE6920 or the SP6920. It's the standard by which all AR's are measured and they're very affordable right now.

  • What do you think about the S&W M&P15? Im binded by Mass. law and was looking at the 15ft model.

  • @alexmends09 I think they are high quality rifles with a good company standing behind them.

  • i like my stag model 8, ill stick with that. nice video :D

  • @gearsofmuffin Stag makes a very good rifle. I will be doing a video on a Stag AR in the near future.

  • @kansaskid6969 I don't get paid for reviews. I buy my own firearms and give my honest opinion. I purchased this rifle from my local dealer. I mention Cheaper Than Dirt because at the time they had the absolute best price of any online retailer that I have done business with in the past. Thanks for watching.

  • @kansaskid6969 No, it isn't. Bushmaster cuts all of the important QA steps. Better read the specs, and brush up on your gun knowledge.

  • Thanks to your review, I bought my first Colt AR-15! Thanks! its pretty sweet!, Except mine came with the rodgers super stoc, which is really nice too!

  • I am looking for my first AR,I prefer spending a few bucks more for the real deal and THIS seems like it would be the best choice for my needs........TY

  • @KalashnikovKid762 thats good then I could purchase one :)

  • @iLoveMyGun89 Yeah, the crack you hear when a supersonic bullet passes by is the sonic boom. Basically the same sound you hear when someone cracks a whip and the tip of the whip breaks the sound barrier. If you were down range, you would hear the crack of the bullet then the sound of the muzzle blast.

  • @kansaskid6969 Your bushmaster is as good as a Colt? LOL!!!

  • @brianthao102 No it isn't. I have one and I'm in Cali.

  • Can anybody on the internet make a video without annoying acid rock guitar riffs? I mean, is it possible?

  • Ssay a 5.56 flys at 1300+ fps which is almost double the speed of sound! So does that mean the bullet would cause a small sonic boom? And if you were downrange, a bullet would pass you, then you would hear a sonic boom, THEN hear the blast from the rifle?
