It's not the UFO craft(clamshell) that moves but the space-time around the craft.

an oscillation system augmenting the gravitational peaks and valleys (sine wave) AND the anti-gravitational peaks and valleys could be used to counteract gravity (levetation) and then oscillate grav and anti grav waves whilst oscillating (in the opposite direction??) the peaks and valleys of the grav and anti-grav fields. if you bend space (Like we know gravity does) convexly it sucks the object forward, and if you squish space (anti-gravitationally?) it would "push" an object forward.
