  • Awesome. HHH is one inspiration, and nearly a hero for me. :)

  • nicely put. Isn't it obvious that centralization is not good for democracy ?

  • @mtosoni also be sure to update flash... i had that problem a while ago and this solved the problem

  • @petrus4 In some of his other lectures, like his analysis of socialist class theory, he's much more lively, but as a result he sounds like a bad guy from an Indiana Jones movie.

  • I love the content of what he is saying, but his slow monotone makes it very difficult to listen to.

  • 0:42:00 About more intense civil war in multi-ethnic countries - Russian civil war(1918-20) demonstrated quite opposite. Autonomous Bashkir government(like many other minorities) tried to avoid catastrophic war declaring neutrality, but Russians were easily manipulated to exterminate each other and by the way minorities as well...

  • this white man speaks the truth.

  • @Nintendomanwill Switzerland tyrannous? Swiss people suffer the lowest tax burden in Europe. Thanks to decentralization. Is not perfect but is better.

  • I would also like to point out that many government do indeed want their currency to remain inflated beyond that of other currency's in the interest of creating an export based economy by means of having an economic advantage relative to other country's. This is the policy of many Asian country including China and Japan.

The downside is the speed at which they must do this can overwhelm the ability of their own internal economy's ability to endure the destructive effects of the inflation.
