What an odd structure this is. Smack dab in the middle of a working class residential landscape this cactus like building has many amazing features.

i think its almost perfect. the detailing is absolutlly stunning. nouvel is a master of cladding- its not tall enough to overwhelm barcelona but gives the illusion of height and soar. my favourite skyscraper of the 21st century!

It is phallic, buy does not look like a penis. It actually looks more like a cactus that is native to the region. I must congratulate you on being the first to come right out and say it though, that must have taken a lot of guts...

It is a song by Nouvelle Vague. they made a name for themselves by doing many 80's covers in this style of music. Very enticing.....
