I want to talk to you a little bit about my business Sat Navs. About two years ago, we were again hired with this concept of goal setting as a phraseology or terminology. And we've all heard it before as business owners, we all understand it.

So, I was just looking for an innovative way to share that message either at seminars or through my motivational speaking and one of the things that we came up with was business Sat Navs, the end result was the same, but it's just a fun way to deliver it really; And if you think about it, we wouldn't ever get in our car and set off on a journey even if we knew roughly where we were going, if we got a set nav in the car we are going to dial that in and we will know, pinpoint accuracy, post code pinpoint accuracy where we are going to go.

So, this translates perfectly across to the business world, and you know, in order to understand where you want to get to where you want to go we need pinpoint accuracy.

So, whether that'd be a revenue figure, a team size, new product launch, whatever it might be but we want post code accuracy. So, we get in the car and we dial in our sat nav where we want to go and then our Sat Nav will help us get there.

So, and we keep checking and the Sat Nav will tell us how we are doing and in essence that for me is my analogy that helps and keeps you firm. You know as I say who takes their business seriously?

Everybody does. Well, you shouldn't there needs to be some fun in there too. And so things like the business Sat Nav help achieve that really.
