On the third Saturday of every April, the world now celebrates Record Store Day - an event where artists, music fans, and records stores themselves all get together to promote these wee bastions of independent music.
We got up nice and early to try and catch the queue of people keen to get special releases, then spent the day sampling the delights around Glasgow.
The day ended with a quite spectacular set from Frightened Rabbit, who treated Mono to an hour of their finest musical treats. One of the buzz releases of Record Store Day this year was a limited edition cassette of super rare and early Frightened Rabbit and Twlight Sad demos. And to go with this; we captured the special wee delight of the Twilight Sad's James Graham joining the Rabbit onstage for the classic Be Less Rude.
Have a wee look out for our full video of Record Store Day.
