Weird Radio Broadcast AM1690?

What the hell?
I fired up my receiver in AM mode to see what I could find.
And I found this at 1680-1700. What /is/ it?
I literally just found it in Lynn Haven, Florida - anyone nearby also pick it up?
It sounds like a possessed alarm clock...
... Data beacon?

if i turned on the radio and this happned to me i'd freak out i'd be scared. same thing with tv's. if im watching tv and suddenly it goes to static i j'll run out of the house

That's interference coming from your computer or modem box. They're notorious for making strange noises on AM radio.

Sounds like the frequency is being jammed. Another country is blocking something they dont want anyone else to hear.
