"Jesous Ahatonhia" is also known as "Twas in the Moon of Wintertime" or "Huron Carol". It was composed by St. Jean de Brébeuf in 1643. He wrote this song as a missionary to the Huron people in Canada. In the Huron language the title means "Jesus he is born". At least that is what Wikipedia tells about this song. Although the original melody is from a French song, the Carol feels quite "Canadian" to me, and my very low-g Baritone ukulele was really begging to play it.
