@jungledrumnbass4ever If your grossly over weight than it is possible but your right for a normal person who is a little over weight it is highly unlikely..
So stupid to drink water first thing in the morning. It slows down your energy just when you need it most. I exercise first then the water actually tastes good and feels like it is helping. Water first thing in the morning "taps" your energy.

Eating the right food can assist with burning fat, but to suggest that this amount of weight loss would result simply from eating a certain combination of foods is skeptical. High thermongenic foods can aid in increasing the metabolism, but those increases would not be sufficient enough to result in significant weightloss.
