Start with two players about 10-15 yards apart, one player is stationary making passes to the other who is running toward him. You can do this several different ways - in this video they are doing a "two touch" - the player receiving the ball traps it, then passes back. You can transition to a "one touch" which is a little more difficult. You can also have them use both feet as the instructor Candice is telling them in this video.
