This is most definitely a shelf cloud. Its on the leading edge of the storm. The fact that it looks like a wall can be misleading. A wall cloud will most always be towards the rear of the storm, where there is a rapid inflow of lower level air. This rapid inflow condenses into clouds before it reaches the base of the storm, causing a lower hanging section of ragged clouds.

ill tell ya, i saw this video for videos about centerton. i think i live down the street from that view and i could tell ya that was scary when i saw it. nice video capture of it though

No tornado warning issued. There was no low level shear.
