  • 've actually found that they DO watch the videos (HW completion is much better than last year). They are feeling quite empowered! Also, if they arrive at class not having watched the video, they do so on their iPods/iPads/ laptops within the first 15-20 minutes of class. This puts them behind in their class work stages, and effects their grade immediately. They also like that they don't get "stuck" on HW anymore! Thanks for the feedback! We're about ten weeks in and the class average is a 93%.

  • what about the areas in which not every student has internet access or access to a computer at home. How do you go about that?

    

  • the only issue i see is the students actually going home and watching these videos. if kids wont do the home practice why would they want to actually LEARN it at home? also those more quit students like to work at home because they wont have a teacher hovering over them the whole time. seems like a good idea though...
