How to overclock your nVidia graphics card

This is a remake of my origional video. The orgional was shot with my digital camera, and it was pretty poor compaired to this one. So I captured this one with Camtasia, used my mic, and it turned out great.

@dyjoer Yeah, Overclocked and on air running at 50 is good. I never said it was comparable to liquid cooling. Plus, these cards are old now. Hell, I sold them a year ago.

When you overclock your video card with this method, the worst that will happen is your video driver will crash. Make sure you increase your fan speed to prevent your card from overheating. What type of video card do you have?

Long story short got a nice 28% overclock on my core speed and 20% on the memory.

Ummm well now nividia has a program for overclocking nividia cards has a stress test available and show temp and that stuff. Basically if you thinking about overclocking your pc has to be in 50-60 degrees celcius(or lower) when your pc has been working hard for a while (just play the most pc intensive game you got for an hour or 2 straight). If you go over 60 degrees forget about it if u dont wanna risk your pc. Make sure you put rules on the program so you get a warning if it gets too hot.
