wow dude... this was posted March 13, 2008 before he was even elected let alone inaugurated, no one can destroy an economy in such a short time. This is Bush's work turning a surplus to a multitrillion $ deficit.

you are not lying. americans are crazy they blame everything on the president when in real life he doesn't have the last say! and the governors of these states are running these 50 states. every state of governors and mayors who step in and fix stuff like this. what are they doing?

This is terrible!! Our only hope is to fight them back legally. I used two letters from an ebook I bought and stopped my house from going to auction 2 weeks before the auction date, that was a year ago! Knowledge is power people!! Even lawyers don't know this stuff! If it worked for me it'll work for any homeowner facing foreclosure. It even has a 30 day guarantee, so you lose NOTHING! LET'S FIGHT BACK AMERICA!!!

Every state in the union had the Homested Law. Now I think only 2 states allow homesteding, Florida and Nevada?Bankers rewrote laws so they get you out and off your land. And forcefully they do this at times. Remember what they did to the America's Indians. Obama real change is in the pocket. Its not equality and compassion for everyone, its rich and poor. But he does not really run the country, the mobster bankers do. Change this and end corporations and then real change.

The housing crisis is caused by real estate speculation encouraged by tax and other public policies. There is an 18-20 boom and bust cycle in the real estate market due to speculation and all the folks who get in near the very end usually have to pay pay way too much and cannot afford to hold on when the bubble bursts. The solution is to prevent real estate speculation by taxing land values heavily because it is land values rising that is 90% of the speculative rise in real estate values.
