I have no idea who Trifunovič is, I just know that I love Live and this song in particular and I don't think it needs Trifunovič's or whoever's protectionism.

My brother played one tantalizing song, "Shit Towne," only once in his car. He would only tell me the name of the band and not the album, so when I had my thirteenth birthday, I asked my parents to buy me "any album by Live." They bought me The Distance to Here, and when I popped it in my CD player that night, I fell immediately in love with this song. It's still one of my favorites.
