I just started my YT chan and came across you here just now. I want to let you know how much I appreciate the things you talked about on this video. These are the things my clients have been telling me that they've been experiencing prior to switching over to my salon while expressing gratitude for the attention that they get for years to come. I've attached a vid response as an example. Thanks again for getting these ideas out there. I've become a fast subby of yours. :)

at the salon we always make sure that there's enough stylists on staff so that our customers don't have to wait which would keep them coming back because they can just walk in on their time and be taken right away, that doesn't mean that they're available because they suck. In the end it's the stylist that matters.

I do NOT agree that a good haircut has to be $30 dollars or more...... I've worked at a salon that has charged $40 bucks for a cut and now I am working at a salon that charges $16. We also take WALK INS..... sometimes it's just more flexible for people who people who dont know when theyll have the time....

i totally agree..need to tip your hair stylist if you like their work. If you don't stop asking for the same hair stylist and not tip them..
I so second what you said... my hair is so important to me! The way your hair looks defines you whole look, so it's really vital to care for it! Thanks for the video <3

i somewhat agree about the walk-in's situation. i have had the most awful haircuts from walk-in's but i don't blame the salon or even the stylist i think the problem lies with the consumer. when you're walking in you don't have a clear idea of what you want and are probably unprepared to explain it to the stylist. (i.e. no pictures or your doing something spur of the moment). unclear communication leads to an unhappy consumer. at least that is my opinion.
