I live in a bungalow and all my lessons are on the ground floor of college - stairs aren't easy for me to come across daily! I can see myself walking up and down stairs in my free periods...

It's going to burn fat since the workout burns calories. And due to its anaerobic nature it will build muscle to a certain extent. Depends what you're body is used too etc
