it is very normal for ancient turks to have wavy blonde or light brown hair and blue or green eyes because of their finno-ugoric roots. Since black hair and other mongoloid features are dominant, some turks turned to more asian day by day.For example proto-kyrgises were white as the other turks at the beginning. It is written in some historical sources, kyrgizes were white and wavy red-haired only in 6th century.Today there are still blonde turks in some parts of turkey and russia.
