Ford needs to enforce integrity at all of it's dealerships nationwide because there are many, many crooked dealership personnel and I for one hope they all go to jail for fucking the customers and Ford Motor Company. That bitch of a manager should be fired and jailed on sight!

Customer service varies greatly from one Ford dealership to another. I know of some that will screw you over and other places that will do everything to make things right. One dealership I know was really bad until it changed ownership which then made it a great place to purchase and service automobiles. I do not currently own a Ford but whenever I shop for a car I do look around at that particular dealership in my hunt for a car.
