I've been going to the gym for around a year now and I doubt I could do that at the moment.
Granted I'm mostly doing muscle building and not cardio but still, you got quite a mountain to climb, best of luck duders.

I appreciate the thought and perspective, dude. However, from my research and the evidence of my muscle building relatives, it's a combination of aerobic and anaerobic that makes a man in shape. That is what I am going for.
You can bench press 500 if you want, but that only makes you a bouncer. Not healthy.
