How-to-Backup your data

I used NTBackup in this windows 7 PC to backup the data contained in this HDD. Make sure you know what folders to select when doing a backup because if you don't select a critical folder you can loose very important data - especially if you are doing a backup to re-format the drive.

-This HDD was infected with viruses; make sure you do a proper scan for viruses before you backup your data, if not you run the risk of backing up viruses.
