Good evening,
I am starting the same swap, can you please give me your email address so I can ask you some questions? I really need the help of someone who already did this job. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

LOL My grandfather used to have one of these cars. I'd thought occasionally about stuffing a VTEC or even Mitsubishi MIVEC block into it, just to make it get up and dance, but it got stolen and I couldn't be bothered finding another one. Maybe now I'll have to. :) Awesome car alexx, great stuff!

Actually my built motor was over 300 hp. You should check out these Honda K20 motors -- I'm an Italian car guy but it's hard not to have respect for what Honda has done. F1 technology in a street car -- with Turbo, etc. they are getting more than 1000 HP in a drag car configuration.

Sorry -- too late. I pulled the motor to go back to G-Prepared class (if I get a chance to race this year). The car was really quick but I don't think it's possible to be competitive on a national level because the chassis is 30 year old technology. My buddy's modern X1/9 clone (Elise) has 300+ HP and puts 260 lb. ft. of torque to the ground with a turbo 1.8 (110 octane fuel and crazy compression for a turbo). Long story, short. larger wheels, better suspension makes comp. too stiff.

Did you do this yourself, and is there any way I can ask you questions? It sounds great. Any other videos?
Thanks
