    I'm 25, 5ft 11 inches, i weigh 157lbs.  My job of 4days involves working for a food/drinks delivery service, so i burn a lot of calories. The aim is to gain about an extra 10lbs. With regards to nutrition i want to keep it as healthy as possible, a diet that as well as gaining weight will give me a lesser chance of heart disease, cancer, diabetes or any of the other chronic diseases,something like a Japanese diet maybe? Also whats your stance on diary products? Thanks in advanceShea
