On November 9, 1994, the American people woke up to a Republican Congress-elect for the first time in two generations. Rush Limbaugh the Television Show greeted that sunrise with revelry and joy, but Rush also put his philosophy of always keeping liberals around so we never forget the damage they do, into play. He did this by playing clips of the many losers on that glorious day, including "unbeatable" Democrats such as New York Governor Mario Cooomo, Texas Governor "Ma" Richards and Dan "Rosty" Rostenkowski.

It is this "Final Tribute" to these lost opponents that we bring you here - complete with the audio score of Frank Sinatra's "Thanks for the Memories." It was a bittersweet moment in American history... Oh, who are we kidding! There was nothing "bitter" about it. It was all sweet! Sure we didn't have these Democratic kooks making fools of themselves with lines like Ann Richard's "Poor George. He can't hep it. He was born with a silver foooot in his mouth!" But once the liberals were out of power, they became even more kooky!

As good as seeing pompous libs like Cuomo go down after all their pomposity and supposed invulnerability, was watching media-types toss their cookies. They'd been saying all along that the Contract with America would fail, and they never thought for a minute that their liberal darlings would be turned out in droves. This was the day that Canada's Peter Jennings said on ABC that the American people had thrown a temper tantrum.

The feeling of elation you'll get from watching this will stand in stark contrast to the setbacks and frustration of this recent 2001 election and most of those since '94. That's why we want you to watch this video, folks. We want you to remember just what it was that gave us that landslide victory. It wasn't "bipartisanship," or "compromise" or "getting along with liberals who hate us." It was Newt Gingrich that gave us victory, not Jim Jeffords. It was standing on our strong conservative principles that gave us that party in 1994 - nothing more, nothing less.

  • You are so right! November can't come too soon. I hope every one of those pathetic, progressive, secular, liberal socialists that voted for this health care reform gets slaughtered big time. I hope Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi barely lose, that way they can say the Republicans stole the election from them and they can be bitter the rest of their miserable lives.. Oh November, please come fast!

  • Wall Street Journal----The 20% corner of Medicare open to private competition is slashed, while fiscally strapped states are saddled with new Medicaid burdens. The insurance industry will have to vet every policy with Washington, which will regulate who it must cover, what it can offer, and how much it can charge.

  • Rush needs more drugs---(remeber his tirades against drug abusers?). And it is sad to see how retarded many of our voters are.

They let the 2% on Wall st and wealthy companies run their lives and believe they will share all the money from loopholes you jerks provide.

  • @Raciferkhanthechaos1

rofl@this homo pulling assumptions out of his ass. i dont even know who that is. another dumb inbred far right jackoff making assumptions. the left and right both=EPIC FAIL

go suck off your fat slob hero, rush limbaugh.

  • @Theasshole85 Fuck you Pelosi lover

  • lol newt gingrich is a fucking disgrace. what a crybaby piece of shit he is.

  • @TsugaC Well you know most physicians expressed they wanted to practice medicine instead of having the insurance companies tell them how many people they can see per hour plus the costs and premiums have been inflated ever since '93.

  • @VegasBilgeRat Pot calling kettle black there, I have a PhD in economics idiot. The republicans have been removing workers benefits and reducing retirement plans for years under the guise of "it is good for business." SS is designed to be a base amount of money so seniors aren't thrown out onto the street. It is funded by deductions from your paycheck, not the government. Giving this money to Wall Street is insane, they will rob everyone blind. Read more, start with the economist.

  • @MrFarcry1966 yea rush is such an amatuer, with his 100 million dollar contracts...

  • @bynddrvn5 What are you talking about? "no benefits or retirement" You have absolutely no clue what your blathering on about. Next time you want to chime in on an issue, look at both sides point of view instead of quoting Rachel Maddow.

Allow me to explain the difference on this issue: Dems want to leave SS in the hands of the govt, where it is on track to not function at all in 20 years. Repubs want to privatize it, so everyone actually gets to keep the money they earned.

  • @deegan45 I'm a little crazy yet, but i'm not heartless or a bigot, and neither are my conservative friends and family.
