I hate the idiots that think using a computer aids, or enhanced drawings. It's still about skill, and how well you CAN draw, because the computer does nothing for you.

It is not that drawing makes you more rounded in the 3d world. It is that the better you can draw, the better you can model.

the title should be renamed "concept art" not conceptual, there's a distinct difference between the two.

Professionals dont make such distinctions. A computer is just a tool like a pen. Creativity is more important than drawing skill! You may know how to draw well, but in the end it comes down to the process.
what tools people use is totally a personal preference.
