Idiot Driver Nearly Causes Crash

A truck driver merges across the freeway in front of me during a snowstorm, leaving a blinding wall of mist that hides the slower moving traffic ahead.
The driver committed two hard proved driving violations and one more that can be argued as impeding traffic or endangerment.
He crossed several lanes of traffic to get him excessive lane change and he crossed the third lanes double white lines.
