I love this video, but the fact is all of these technicalities derived from times past will not help anyone. A more productive approach would be to restructure tax laws all together. I say stop looking into the past and start changing the future.

FYI - 16th Amendment WAS ratified.

The Seventh Circuit noted that the information compiled in The Law That Never Was has been known since 1913, and the court found that it presented no grounds for invalidating the Sixteenth Amendment.

U.S. v Thomas, 788 F.2d at 1253.

I did not say we live in a full blown dictatorship yet! I said that if you peel back the label, we are turning into one. During the Bush administration, Bush signed a series of executive orders and bills that give the president dictatorial powers. The patriot act removes many of our rights which Obama renewed! I was just saying our government is acting like a socialist dictatorship.

I made an excellent point and you tried to nit pick at the fact that I didn't post a definition of dictator like a baby. Despite this naive thinking, you claim to be of all things a history major. I show you why the law does not exist and the only real response you have to this is "Well the courts and government said so", why don't you study some history and tell me why that kind of thinking is stupid!
