Did you ever think for a second that the first truck may have seen that it was all clear ahead and he called the other semi around with a UHF or CB radio, common practice here when you have slow moving loads on roads where you cannot overtake...

i dont think that happened because those 2 trucks became from different countries, look in the square i tagged and u will notice 2 cars trying to avoid him..
