SOMETIMES, EVEN ON CAMERA, THINGS ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM. I HATE CROOKED COPS, BUT THIS COP WAS TOTALLY INNOCENT. HE NEVER "REACHED FOR HIS TOP POCKET" TO GET A BAGGIE TO FRAME THIS SUSPECT BUT WAS TALKING ON HIS RADIO (that was near that pocket) AND THE SUSPECT LATER ADMITTED THAT THE MARIJUANA WAS HIS. Google up the story like i did and even the most mega-police-hater among you will grudgingly concede that the facts speak for themselves and this cop was totally innocent. . . .THIS time . . .

Out of curiosity, I followed up on this incident. The suspect in this video (Carlos Farrell) who allegedly had drugs planted on him, filed a 10 million dollar federal lawsuit against the police officers in the above video. It turns out he later admitted to being in possession of the drugs and all the officers were cleared, just google it
