hey man, Sometimes when i bench, especially on an incline machine, I feel discomfor on my back area, and a lil on my back shoulder area
(the back plate bone on your back)
Should I be worried?
I happens every time I use the incline bench machine, but no other machine,
the pain is kinda achy and kinda discomfortish
Should i be worried?

ummm.. maybe she doesn't want to gain... Not very many women want huge hulking arm muscles.

i dont suggest hitting the metal weights together because i have seen them break and fall to the chest of a hockey teammate. it doesnt happen often but it can. when using rubber style weights hitting them together is perfectly fine

ronnie coleman is much weaker than her
isnt he?

Well actually I have to keep my feet on the bench too because my back has an arch in it. In order for my back to be flat I have to put my feet on the bench. Otherwise i will strain my back. I'm guessing this might be the case for her as well.

1) ALWAYS keep your feet on the floor. There is no reason to have them on the bench. Putting them in the air reduces the amount of weight you can lift, and thus reduces the adaptive changes you can elicit in your chest.
2) For bilateral development, bench pressing is better, NOT dumbbells. Dumbbells allow slightly deeper and more free ROM.
3) Do not suck your abs in. This would be entirely pointless.
4) Naval to spine? Isn't my naval ALWAYS in front of my spine, regardless of what I do?
