Also, it becomes a part of you, a LIFESTYLE. I think about it daily, make sure I do things right. It's not a chore if you love it.

I would assume 6-8 years if you have great genetics, also note that Plitt is not totally natural as he did juice in the past, although not anymore.

@murktee Personally fitness is my passion and I spend at least 1h30 in the gym, 4 to 5 times a week. I am in college too and it is definitely doable. Also add more time for cooking meals, reviewing macros in the beginning, etc. About 7 to 10 hours a week. I work part time, go to school full time , go to the gym consistently and still have time to chill.

@murktee If your in college, you wont get a body like this. just pointing that out right now. This guy looks like this for a career, so you can imagin how much time a day he spends on his physique. If your asking how much time it would take, I can tell you that you dont have enough time. I estimate this look took him over a decade. The guy was in the military, went to westpoint, and was a wrestler. If you want to look like this, you better invest years and years.
