  • Hey girl i'm late so i hope things have gotten better for you as far as your eating. I went to dr. chasen support group meeting and he was talking about exercise and rewhy it was important for us to increase intensity and duration as we lose weight. i was only doing 3minutes 5 days a week not even breaking a sweat. Now what i thought i was accomplishing idk but after support group, i now do a hour 6 days a week and tomorrow i start a 30 day exercise challenge

  • Oh my goodness, guess what? You are human! You fell and now it is time to get back up. And I can tell by your get it done attitude that you will do just fine. You have lost a tremendous amount of weight and I know you will reach your goal! I will pray for you!~Cathy

  • I just experienced the same process ... revisit...revisit...revisit ...WE CAN DO THIS...

  • a day, boy was it hard. and i started to woalk 30 mins a day and since monday 6 daysago iv'e lost 6.6 lbs! crazy huh. my goal for the 5 weeks was to lose 6 lbs and now i need to make a new goal. i count calories and proteins. try this and see if it helps, good luck. keep us posted :)

  • i had my surgery on aug 24th of last year so we're about the same time out. for the last 3-4 months i was staying the same within the same five pounds either higher or lower. very depressing, i had started to document my calories and protein and OMG i was eating 1400-1600 calories a day, very bad! that was double what i shouldv'e been eating. but then ann yt name sunnidae not sure if i spelled it right, she has a challenge going on for 5 weeks. so now iv'e cut my calories down to 800-900calorie

  • just a thought, maybe incorporate more protein shakes, like for one meal a day??? maybe that will help. I didn't have wls, but my daughter did. she did mostly shakes and high protein foods for the first six months or so even though her surgeon wanted her on more solid foods. You can do this. set small goals. focus on the protein & water. You are in my prayers. Do a grocery haul, make a vid of your intake each day, whatever it takes... girl, do what you gotta do to get what you want !Go for it!
