Hey, i was diagnosed with Crohn's disease like 6 months ago (finally after suffering with the symptoms since last december) After turning into a hampster with the steroids i have found that a pretty much vegan diet works (i say pretty much because i still eat fish). Try to cut out dairy products because they can cause problems in your gut to which you will regret later.
