The first two are the only ones I see to be plagiarism. Everything else is just similarity.

But if you aren't, you don't have a shit life. Do you listen to every song in the world just to COMPARE and make it seem as though all Avril songs are ripped?

Please, as if other singers don't have songs that sounds like other songs, but it doesn't mean they were ripped.

I only can agree for the 2 officially 'announced', Hot & Girlfriend.

How about you come up with a song in what, 20 hours, and listen to every single song in the world, you'll see at least 3 measures of the same part.
K pop sometimes have the same notes happening on the exact same speed at 4/4 both, just because they changed how much of those notes and the words they sing doesn't make it look like plagiarism, but truthfully it doesn't matter because they're from the same company.

Grrr...you need to understand the difference between plagiarism and similiatary. And not even all of these count as similar! I love Avril along with Blink 182 and MCR...just because the music (which is by someone else, and not her) is sort of alike in a couple of these songs doesn't mean she's a fake! Geez. Get a life.

agreed about the people who wrote the songs for her are the ones who's plagiarising. im sure this has taught her a lesson though, that writing her own music is the way to go. i miss her original songs

All the music punk is similar.
Not because of it it is "a plagiarism".
I might name thousand songs that sound equally this does't want to say that they should be plagiarisms.
