camp rock year 2 part 6

Nate replied he walks out and went over to Mitchie's cabin and knocked on the door. Mitchie slowly opened her eyes and answered the door.
"Nate???" She said tiredly.
"Sorry to wake you up but um do you have an extra bed." Mitchie yawned and nods.
"I have a bunk, my mom was going to come but she is in a different cabin, why??"
"Family drama...." Nate answered
"Oh, well you can have the top bunk." Mitchie yawned. Nate nods. "Thanks and again I'm sorry for waking you."
"It's fine............just don't do it again." Mitchie teased and she goes over to her bed and soon falls back asleep. Nate quietly puts his bags down, he noticed Mitchie's song book on the ground he picks it up, he notices it was open he skimmed through the lyrics he closed it and put it back on the desk and climbs up to the top bunk and soon fell asleep. A few hours had past, the sun slowly crept over the horizon and began shining brightly over the sky. The brightness woke Mitchie up, she looked at the time.
"Oh snap I'm late." Mitchie said, she quickly got up and changed and slipped on some shoes and ran out of her cabin and into the kitchen.
"I'm so sorry mom I over slept." Mitchie said
"It's ok Sweetie, how are you feeling?" Her mom asked.
"About what??" Mitchie asks.
"Last Night......I heard about what happened." Her mom replied.
"Oh that.......I'm....I'm............I'm doing ok."
"You can have the day off if you want." Her mom offered
"Um...ok thanks." Mitchie said
"Love you mom"
"Love you to sweetie." Mitchie decides to take a small stroll around the camp, she walked by the canoes. She looked out to the lake, she sighed and walked away. Everywhere she went seemed to bring back memories she then stopped at the spot. This is where her and Shane stood last year after the beach jam, she tried to hold back the tears, but a few slid down her cheek, she gave up and just walks back to her cabin, she slowly opened the door and Nate was wide awake.
"Oh hey Nate." Mitchie said quickly wiping away her tears.
"Hey Mitchie." Nate said. Mitchie goes over to sit down by him.
"So I noticed you wrote a song." Nate said.
"You peeked?" Mitchie said quickly grabbing her song book.
"Well technically no it was on the floor open last night..........its really good Mitchie." Nate said. Mitchie smiled.
"Um thanks"
"You know I could help you with the instruments and stuff, have you considered getting a record deal?"
"Nah, I don't think i'd get used to the paparazzi following me everywhere, or even having rumors about me go around............I get enough rumors about me going around here as it is." Mitchie said.
"Well the thing about rumors is just to ignore them, only the person its about knows whether its true or not, and who cares if people think differently. If they don't want to get the true story then its their fault, and another thing is to always having caring and loving people to support you. Don't worry Mitchie, I'll be here for you no matter what." Nate said with a smile.
"Thanks Nate" Mitchie replied.
"No problem, so can I hear what the song sounds like."
"Um...........sure." Mitchie said. She began to sing the song she had written last night, she soon finished.
"That was amazing." Nate said "Thanks........." Mitchie replied.
"So, want to go get breakfast at the cafeteria?" Nate asked.
"I am getting hungry, ok lets go" Mitchie replied.
There was a large commotion in the cafeteria, Nate and Mitchie walked in. Everyone was silent and stared at them. Shane had walked by.
"Well look's like Nate hasn't taken out the trash yet." Shane said.
"SHUT up Shane!, come on lets go." Nate said.
"Yeah, your to poor and defenseless to defend yourself anyway's." Shane said.
"Ok that's it Shane I've had enough!!!!!!" Mitchie yelled, that instant the small part of her that couldn't let him go slowly did she picks up someone's coffee and pours it all over Shane then Kicks him hard and walks off to get her food. Nate quickly followed her. Tess ran over to Shane.
"Aw Shane, lets go get you cleaned up."Tess says
"Gladly" Shane said he glanced over to Mitchie she glanced at him for on minute, Shane pulls Tess up to him and kisses her passionately. Mitchie just rolled her eyes and looked away.
"Are you going to be ok Mitchie, I could go punch him for you if you want." Nate said.
"No, I'm fine, I'm actually glad, you guys were right all along...come on lets go eat outside." Mitchie said. Her and Nate left. Shane then pulled away.
"Whoa......" Tess thought.
"Ok, lets go get you cleaned up now." Tess said. Jason and Caitlyn were outside, Caitlyn went up to Mitchie and gives her a high five.
"Wait to go girl, you sure showed him not to mess with you"
"Thanks." Mitchie said slightly blushing.
"You gotta admit he did have it coming." Nate said.
"Hey Nate can I speak to you for one moment?" Jason asked
"Sure"Nate says. They get up and head over to a corner.
