20101118171019.mts Brownie (Girl Scout) Investiture 11.18.2010

Bothell, WA 11.18.2010 - Three new Brownie's were formally nducted today into the Girl Scout at the home of their scout leader Laura Wight. The other eight Brownies were re-inducted (rededicated) as this is their second year with their troops. Each of the girls recited a girl scout motto/slogan which was carefully chosen to reflect the girls personality or physical attribute. Thanks for the creativity and originality of their leaders Michelle Dick and Laura Wight.
Charlize Manzano (the brunette to the right of the group) recited " Sometimes we are quiet and thoughtful. We have special gifts of love and caring to give in service to those who need our help.." as she pours her TEDDY GRAMS into the mixing bowl. Annika and Renee said, "Some of us are tall, and some of us are small. When we get together, size does not matter ... ". Sincere appreciation to the two scout leaders who work very hard to make the scout experience a great impact in the lives of our children.
