my Irish teacher just cant get over them lol
we were in the middle of a Gaelige test and she was like "......Sophie, hows Barack and Obama?"
..shes easily distracted ......

Yeah I see that whole "empowerment" thing's working out very well. Scratching your name on a piece of paper does not equal "empowerment" Obama sold gay people down the river the minute he got into power. I say that with sympathy since I have a couple of gay friends. Hopefully what he's been doing lately will be a lesson for you in the future to either get someone who will truly represent your interests, or not vote at all.

It's certainly a powerful statement, but I've never liked binary statements - if you're not for me, you're against me, etc.

I'm British, but I would definitely have voted Democrat. Public healthcare and no capital punishment!

1 vote can make a difference,
if everyone left it to everyone else then no solutions would ever be made
think about it, even if your vote is just 1 vote, its worth just as much as anyone elses, and if you go ahead and vote you can proudly say you stand for what you believe is right.
