the 5000W was a surge rating. his inverter is most likely only a 3000W unit, and even then at the beginning he says, 1 battery for now, which shows he plans to upgrade and add more battery's, give the guy a break, the system is pretty good, and shows a lot of potential

  • HEY THANKS FOR THE INVITE. Thats pretty nice. looks real expensive too. how much? I loved the video, it was a little fast and short though. give us old farts a chance to think about what we are seeing lol . • Great idea - well executed.

  • Awesome job. What will 15 amps power? Will it power a small microwave oven for 2 minutes?

  • Does this controller need a battery for load to work?

  • Nice set up!

  • can u come over and build me one... please. ;-)

  • Looks like a powerful generator, best suited for residential lighting.

  • that inverter can draw more amps than that one battery can store! At full output of 5000W the DC draw will be 500 AMPS! This inverter is about 10-15 times bigger than the rest of the system! I wish I had that 5000W pure sine inverter! would work great in my house! ha ha TU AR SK .. Joe
