You really do have to remind yourself. I used to take the subway a lot. Occassionally it would just stop for no reason. Real stressful if you're on the way to school or work. Finally I just said if I'm late I'm late. Stressing out won't make the train move. Nothing I can do about it.
been watchin' your vids for awhile now. Haven't been completely raw in a long while. I was completely raw for about 2 months last year and then I just went back to being vegan. But I've continued to watch your vids for inspiration because I love your energy. Always makin' me remember to smile and not take things so seriously. My favorite way to de-stress is to take a walk outside, a long walk. Something about the fresh air, no matter where you are it can calm you down - city, suburb or country.
